How long does a typical project take?

Most projects take 6-12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Simple MVPs can be delivered in 4-6 weeks, while complex platforms may take 12-16 weeks. Timeline depends on scope and complexity.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You own 100% of the code, designs, and intellectual property. Once the project is complete, we transfer all assets to you with full ownership rights. Ownership and IP terms are clearly defined in our contract from day one.

Can I switch between engagement models?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a Fixed Scope project to build their MVP, then transition to a Monthly Retainer for ongoing development. Or start with a Rescue Sprint, then move to either model. We're flexible.

What happens after project completion?

We provide handover documentation, training, and a support period where we fix any bugs discovered. You can then maintain it yourself, or continue working with us through a retainer or support package.
